Documents must be submitted to the ACCESS office by August 15 each year in which you want to receive a "Last-Dollar" Award.

After you have been awarded an ACCESS "Last Dollar" Award, you must send in your schedule and grades each semester as follows:

Deadline

At the end of each academic year, send a copy of your upcoming fall class schedule to the ACCESS office. This will serve as certification of your full-time enrollment and will initiate your first semester payment. By 6/30
At the end of the first semester, you must send a copy of your grades, including your cumulative GPA, to the ACCESS office. It should include your name and social security number. By 1/30

During the Winter Break or as soon as possible after January 1, you need to complete the FAFSA Renewal form. Note: The FAFSA Renewal must be filed by the priority filing deadline of the college you are attending in order for you to be eligible for future ACCESS Last-Dollar Awards.

At the beginning of second semester, send a copy of your class schedule to the ACCESS office. This will serve as certification of your full-time enrollment and will initiate your second semester payment. By 1/30
At the end of the second semester, you must send a copy of your grades, including your cumulative GPA, to the ACCESS office. It should include your name and social security number.  By 6/30
At the end of the second semester, you must send a copy of pages 1-3 of Part 1 of the latest SAR (Student Aid Report from the FAFSA) and a copy of the new Financial Aid Award Letter from your college." By 6/30
