Support ACCESS Now

I want to partner with the ACCESS program and help local students attend college.

What is the Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) and how does it work?

Access is an approved NAP organization - we have been awarded allocations on a basis of proven operational success and the capacity to serve impoverished families. Offered through the Virginia Department of Education, the Neighborhood Assistance Program is a tax incentive program. Its purpose is to encourage private sector involvement in the alleviation of poverty in Virginia. Individuals and businesses making a donation to Access by June 30, 2012 may qualify for an NAP state tax credit of 40 percent of the donation value.
